Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives that receive/process calls and service requests from borrowers mortgage account. Previous Mortgage Customer Service experience required.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales reps. 3+ years of experience, with ability to meet minimum production standards of 3 funded units per month.
Responsible for processing Conventional, FHA, PHFA, and VA loans according to investor guidelines. Must have advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA and PHFA programs/guidelines.
Formulate applications into the final closing package and follow up on documents after closing. Must have at least 5 years of closing experience and knowledge of TRID guidelines.
